North Amherst Farms is a subdivision that includes the homes on the road known as “The Flume” in Amherst, New Hampshire.
The North Amherst Farms Owners Association (“NAFOA”) was organized to maintain common property, enforce the rules and regulations governing the use of Association Land, and promote the common benefits and enjoyment of all members. All property owners in North Amherst Farms are members of the Association.
The Association operates under a Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements and is governed by its Articles of Agreement and By-Laws. There is also a Public Offering Statement to be furnished to potential buyers. Property owners should be familiar with these documents. Sellers are responsible for making these documents known to realtors and prospective buyers.
